UFC 91 was not the only place where a legendary mma heavyweight was handed a defeat. It seems that Fedor Emelianko lost his first Combat Sambo match in eight years 8-5 to Bulgarian Blagoi Ivanov.
Ivanov went on to score gold, while Fedor settled for bronze.
